The Ideal Candidate:
* A proven Health and Safety professional with experience gained within property management, facilities management, construction, or a related sector.
* In-depth, working knowledge of UK health & safety and fire safety legislation, specifically relating to building safety and higher-risk residential buildings.

* Genuine scope to influence safety culture and compliance across a significant portfolio.
* Flexible working arrangements.
* Support for ongoing professional development.
* A clear path for career progression within a growing organisation.
