To provide care and support for residents within the Christian ethos and aims of the Council for Social Witness.
Essential:
1. Evidence an understanding of and respect for the needs of older people within a residential setting
2. Willing to undertake relevant training e.g. induction training, or NVQ / QCF level 2
3. Proficiency in understanding, communicating and writing in English to level required by the duties of the post
4. Basic numeracy required by the duties of the post (as endorsed by appropriate qualification or use of numeracy skills in a work or home environment)
5. Willing to work additional hours to fulfil the requirements of the Home
6. Willing to work within the Christian ethos of the Home
7. Willing to maintain registration with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council

Hours: 3 posts:
Post 1 – 37 hours per week, Night duty
Post 2 – 37 hours per week, Day duty
Post 3 – 37 hours per week, Day duty (Maternity cover for 1 year)
