I'm currently hiring for a Head of Engineering to join a fast-scaling SaaS company based in Cardiff. This is a rare opportunity to shape the engineering direction of a high-impact platform at the heart of financial technology.
This role reports directly to the CTO and plays a pivotal role in scaling the platform, evolving the architecture, and driving engineering best practices
Leading and growing a high-performing engineering team
Driving product development with modern JavaScript (Node.js, React)
Working closely with Product, Design, and Data to deliver world-class fintech solutions
Championing a culture of quality, agility, and innovation
Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams (10+ people)
Strong background in JavaScript and modern web technologies
Passion for mentoring, scaling teams, and building resilient systems
