As Product Manager, you will drive product growth and support brand awareness across the Califig and Minadex portfolios. This is a hands-on role spanning the full product lifecycle — from artwork development and new product initiatives through to marketing material creation and regulatory compliance. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies, and play an active role in adapting products and materials for our growing network of international distributors and markets.
Product Lifecycle Management
Manage artwork developments including corrections, compliance updates, and design consistency. Lead artwork adaptations for reformulation, rebranding, and international market requirements. Maintain and update new product initiative schedules for sales planning. Coordinate with printing houses on packaging production.
Regulatory & Quality Compliance
Ensure all marketing materials, packaging, and product claims comply with UK and EU food supplement and health regulations. Work closely with regulatory affairs to maintain compliance across all markets.
Market Analysis & Insights
Monitor competitor activity and new product launches. Conduct benchmarking analysis covering price positioning and competitor USPs. Analyse e-commerce data and consumer behaviour to identify new product opportunities, market trends, and positioning strategies.
Marketing Materials & Visual Identity
Create and adapt marketing presentations based on approved brand concepts. Develop all required marketing and advertising assets for print and digital channels. Source and curate lifestyle imagery to support the visual identity of both brands.
E-Commerce & Digital Support
Support the digital marketing function by contributing product content, A+ content, and listing assets for the Amazon UK channel and other e-commerce platforms. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Analyst on product-related digital assets and campaigns.
International Market Adaptation
Adapt product packaging, marketing materials, and claims for international distributors and export markets. Work with the commercial team to ensure market-specific requirements are met for new territory launches.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Regulatory, R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales teams as well as external creative agencies to deliver product and marketing objectives on time and to brief.
Requirements & QualificationsExperience
2–5 years in product management, ideally within FMCG, health, nutrition, or pharmaceutical sectors.
Education
Degree in Marketing, Business, Science, or Pharmacy preferred.
Core Skills
Rigorous analytical skills with high attention to detail. Excellent copywriting ability in native-level English. Creative mindset with a strong visual eye.
Tools
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. Familiarity with stock image platforms (Shutterstock, iStock, Adobe Stock).
Industry
Understanding of dietary supplement regulations, nutritional trends, and consumer health is a strong advantage.
