The Role
This firm are now looking for a Contentious Wills & Probate Solicitor to join their successful team and help service new client needs from their office in Reading.
From the first day you will be running your own caseload, but you'll also get exposure to more complex estate disputes so it's a great opportunity to grow your skills and understanding further.

The Contentious Probate is passionate about client care and service levels and is looking for an associate solicitor to support this and continue the team's development as a go-to commercial law firm in the South West.
Requirements:
1. You will be a Wills & Probate Solicitor 2-4 years PQE with experience of assisting in contentious wills and probate
2. An understanding of basic Wills, Trusts and Estates would be an advantage
3. Demonstrable experience in various key Contentious Probate areas
4. You will need to be a self-starter who can still work as part of a close-knit team
5. Show a willingness to help with business development & marketing of the department
