We're on the hunt for a Commis Chef who's ready to roll up their sleeves, fire up the pans, and grow into a culinary rockstar. No egos, just passion. No drama, just deliciousness.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting our chefs with prep and plating
* Keeping the kitchen cleaner than a Michelin inspector's dreams
* Learning everything from knife skills to secret sauces
* Bringing good vibes and team spirit
* Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
* Support the team in ensuring smooth food production processes.
* Help with supervising kitchen operations during busy periods.
* Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
What we're looking for:
* Enthusiasm hotter than our grill
* Some kitchen experience (bonus points, but we'll train the right person)
* A genuine love of food
* Team player attitude (we're all in the same pot here)
