We’re looking for a Cinema Team Leader to support our cinema team and ensure every guest has a great time with us. If you're passionate about film, love working with people, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect next step for you.
About You
* Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in cinema
* A friendly and confident people person
* Able to support, motivate, and lead by example
* Great communication and problem‑solving skills
* Organised, reliable, and comfortable in a busy environment
* Passionate about film and delivering brilliant service
* Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
What You’ll Be Doing
* Support the team in delivering excellent customer service
* Take the lead on shift, helping to coordinate day‑to‑day operations
* Make sure everything runs smoothly and safely across the cinema
* Help train and support new team members
* Keep things clean, well‑stocked, and welcoming at all times
* Step in to handle any issues or guest feedback with confidence and care
