We are seeking a talented and motivated Maths Teacher to join a secondary school in Solihull from October 2025. This long-term supply role offers the chance to inspire students across KS3 and KS4, helping them to build confidence and achieve success in a subject that underpins so many future opportunities.

The Role
As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver well-structured lessons that engage learners and challenge them to reach their potential. You will plan, assess, and adapt your teaching to meet the needs of mixed-ability classes while preparing students for GCSE examinations. The Candidate
The successful candidate will:
* Hold QTS or be an ECT with a strong track record in Mathematics.
* Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching.
* Be confident in delivering the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
* Use innovative strategies to make Maths accessible, enjoyable, and rewarding.
* Show strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student progress.
