Property Litigation SolicitorCheshire East/ HybridA highly regarded law firm based in Cheshire are looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their established and reputable Litigation department.This role is well suited to a driven and self-sufficient litigator who is comfortable working independently, managing a diverse caseload, and building strong relationships with both new and existing clients.For the right person, there is a genuine opportunity to progress into an Associate-level position, making this an ideal next step for someone looking to advance their career within a supportive and well-structured firm.About the Role;Working within a busy and dynamic litigation team, you will handle a varied mix of Civil and Commercial Litigation matters, with a strong emphasis on contentious property disputes.You will take full ownership of cases from initial instruction through to resolution, including:Managing a broad caseload including boundary disputes and easement disputes (such as rights of way)Advising clients on a range of commercial and civil matters, ensuring clear, practical and well-reasoned guidanceConducting legal research, drafting pleadings, correspondence and other key legal documentsRepresenting clients in court hearings and undertaking negotiations to reach favourable settlementsProactively developing your own client base through high-quality work and by enhancing the firms local reputationAbout You;A Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Litigation, with the ability to manage files independently from start to finishStrong and proven experience in contentious property work, particularly boundary and easement mattersSolid grounding in broader civil and commercial litigationA professional network or the ambition to grow one through your reputation and client careBenefits & Package;Competitive salary, depending on experienceHybrid working after probation periodGenerous bonus scheme25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysCompany pensionHealth cash planSupportive culture with clear and transparent progression pathwaysExcellent long-term career prospects within a well-respected firmIf youre an ambitious Litigation Solicitor seeking autonomy, high-quality work, and genuine career development, Id love to speak with you.
