<div><p><b>Clinical Negligence Solicitor / CILEX</b></p><p><b>Bristol or Cardiff (Hybrid)</b></p><p><b>From £48,000</b></p><p>An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or CILEX to join a specialist team handling claimant clinical negligence matters.</p><p>This role will involve managing a varied caseload of complex and high-value clinical negligence claims, covering both pre-issue and litigated matters. You will work on technically challenging cases while providing a high standard of client care and maintaining strong relationships with experts and stakeholders.</p><p>In addition to running your own caseload, you will play a key role in supervising and mentoring a small team of case handlers. This will include providing ongoing support, conducting regular supervision meetings, assisting with training and contributing to team development.</p><p>The successful candidate will have strong claimant clinical negligence experience and a proven track record in litigation. A solid understanding of CPR and clinical negligence law is essential. Experience of working with Legal Expenses Insurance, publicly funded work or CFA arrangements would be advantageous.</p><p>You will need excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills, along with a pragmatic approach to managing claims.
