Helpdesk Administrator - Glasgow City Centre - £25k per annum
CBW is currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator looking to take on the next challenge in Facilities Management. One of our key clients is looking for a hardworking, ambitious individual to work in a team.
Details:
* Monday to Friday
* 9:00am to 17:00pm
* Office based
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and return phone calls in support of facilities function to ensure all activities are managed in a professional manner.
* Check and maintain FM Helpdesk Inbox
* Schedule reactive and help desk call outs.
* Open and close jobs
* To review jobs received during the working day and allocate accordingly to Engineers.
* Support the Office & Contract Managers in the administration & delivery of departmental objectives
* Attending to queries should they arise
* General administration support
* Chasing and liaison daily
* Raising Corrective maintenance tasks following on from PPM completed tasks
* Organisation of day-to-day work to ensure that all key tasks are fulfilled
Requirements:
* Help Desk Experience
* Experience in FM
* General Administration
* CAFM knowledge
