What you will be doing:
* You’ll work with a warm, friendly team to deliver individualised care plans to the people we support.
* You will support individuals within their home environment and when accessing the local community, along with daily activities, appointments, and personal care needs.

Hours of work:
Within our services, hours are 35 or 41 hours per week, with shift patterns of 7:30 am - 4:15 pm and 4:00 pm - 10:30 pm, which may vary depending on each service. The 41-hour shifts are longer.
