Main Responsibilities
* Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling calls, and coordinating deliveries and couriers
* Organise meeting room bookings, appointments, and schedules for directors and senior management
* Provide administrative support across departments, preparing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
* Maintain office organisation - oversee supplies, equipment maintenance, and communal area upkeep
* Support design, production, and showroom teams with scheduling, fittings, and client meeting preparations
* Coordinate internal and external company events, including product launches, fashion shows, and team functions
