Your Impact
1. Lead Property Legal Matters– Act as the principal legal advisor for a diverse commercial property portfolio, including land transactions, commercial leases, and licenses.
2. Tackle Unique Challenges– Navigate complex issues like fishery licenses, biodiversity agreements, encroachments, and development projects.
3. Drive Innovative Projects– Contribute to high-profile initiatives such as The Wave inland surfing project and enhance iconic venues like VeloPark and White Water Centre.
4. Collaborate Widely– Work directly with our Head of Legal Services, statutory undertakers, external legal advisors, and partners like the Canal and Rivers Trust.
About You
1. Qualified Solicitor– Strong background in property law with a talent for finding robust legal solutions to novel challenges.
2. Versatile Experience– Public sector or statutory framework knowledge is highly desirable, but candidates with relevant practice experience are welcome.
3. Passionate & Engaged– Enthusiastic about property law and the outdoors, eager to make an impact on both the legal and physical landscape.
