About Our Client

Job Description
* Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of people-related matters.
* Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management issues.
* Assist with recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new starters.
* Maintain and update HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
* Support learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and records management.
* Contribute to HR projects, such as engagement initiatives, policy reviews, and process improvements.
* Work closely with line managers to ensure consistency in HR practices across the site.
* Provide guidance on absence management and support return-to-work processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
* CIPD qualification (Level 5 or working towards) is desirable.
* Hands-on approach with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
