Ignis Care Solutions is working with an established adult supported living provider in Essex delivering high-acuity 3:1 and 4:1 packages across dual diagnosis and complex mental health pathways. This is not a standard supported living service. The cohort includes individuals stepping down from long-stay mental health settings, with learning disabilities, autism and complex behaviours that challenge. The focus is stability, restraint reduction and structured behavioural pathways. They are expanding and strengthening leadership across services in Colchester. What Stands Out About This Role This isn’t a rota-management position. The service operates with: * Embedded Positive Behaviour Support framework * Dedicated PBS leadership and practitioner oversight * External clinical supervision in place * RRN-aligned restraint reduction approach * Structured incident review systems * Clear governance and compliance reporting lines You won’t be left managing complexity unsupported.
