As a Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN), you will:
* Lead and support the clinical team, ensuring the service is safe, effective, and well-led.
* Manage team rotas, annual leave, and training allocations.
* Liaise with local authorities and social services for clinical assessments.
* Provide guidance and support to team members during and outside working hours.
* Represent the brand with professionalism for residents, team members, and visitors.
* Conduct regular supervisions and appraisals for Registered Nurses and Team Leaders.
