We’re now looking for a Marketing Communications Associate to support the delivery of our global marketing communications strategy and help bring our brand to life through digital and internal channels.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an early career marketing professional to develop their skills in a collaborative, global environment while working on impactful campaigns and content.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Supporting the delivery of our global marketing communications plan
2. Executing day‑to‑day campaign activity, ensuring consistency and quality
3. Coordinating marketing assets and ensuring they are on brand and delivered on time
4. Managing and supporting social media activity (particularly LinkedIn) in partnership with external agencies
5. Creating and coordinating internal communications such as newsletters and company updates
6. Repurposing and localising content across digital and internal channels
7. Supporting events, exhibitions and marketing activities, including on‑site assistance where required
8. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to gather technical content, case studies and success stories
9. Managing website content updates to ensure accuracy and consistency
10. Supporting video and podcast content creation and scheduling
11. Helping improve processes, engagement and effectiveness across marketing activity
What We’re Looking For
12. Experience in a Marketing Communications or similar role
13. Strong copywriting skills and an eye for detail
14. Experience using social media for marketing purposes (especially LinkedIn)
15. Excellent communication and organisational skills
16. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
17. Creative thinking and a proactive mindset
18. Strong editing and proofreading ability
19. A flexible approach and ability to work collaboratively
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
20. Experience in a B2B environment
21. Experience planning social media campaigns
22. Exposure to marketing campaign planning
23. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Premiere Pro)
24. Experience using CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce)
Qualifications
25. Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field

26. CIM qualification
Salary & Benefits
The salary for this role is £30,000 – £35,000.
