My leading Financial trading client are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to define, orchestrate, govern, and safely execute the end‑to‑end deployment and release strategy across all projects in a flagship Programme of work. This includes oversight of all releases and go‑lives, integrated release planning, cutover leadership, readiness governance, hypercare mobilisation, and alignment with the global design principles.

The following skills / experience is essential:
* Proven leadership of large scale, complex deployments.
* Expertise in release management, cutover strategy, readiness governance, hypercare, and operational assurance.
* Previously deployed SAP in an ETRM environment.
* Previously worked in Energy Trading.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels.
Rate: Excellent
Duration: 12 months +
