Now, we’re looking for an operational leader — a Practice Manager — who can anchor our day-to-day excellence, scale our impact, and free the CEO to focus on growth, innovation, and vision.

What You’ll Own
* Team Leadership & Culture – Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of 9+. Conduct 1:1s, set clear KPIs, resolve issues, and create a culture of accountability and celebration.
* Client Experience Excellence – Ensure every visit is smooth, timely, and deeply impactful. Build systems that wow clients and drive retention.
* Operational Systems – Oversee and improve daily ops using EOS and Process Street. Own SOPs, scheduling, reporting, and clinic flow.
* Financial Oversight – Manage budgets, P&L, payroll, and cost control. Identify opportunities to improve profitability and sustainability.
* Marketing & Business Development – Support marketing campaigns, retention strategies, and event execution to grow memberships and new client numbers.
* Compliance & HR – Oversee GDPR, GCC, H&S, and staff compliance. Lead recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and professional development.
What Success Looks Like
1. Team: Engaged, accountable, and consistently hitting KPIs
2. Clients: 5 reviews, high NPS (≥8.5), retention >95%, 50%+ membership growth
Operations: 100% SOP usage, <5% daily workflow errors, fully booked 2 weeks out
3. Finance: P&L on track, A/R under £200, revenue & profit targets met or exceeded
4. Culture: Living our core values (Honesty, Humility, Vulnerability, Courage, Resourcefulness) every day — even under pressure

* 4+ years of leadership/management experience (11–19 person team preferred)
* High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to systemise, simplify, and scale operations

* Strong organisational, financial, and communication skills
* Adaptability, resourcefulness, and a growth mindset
Key Rhythm of the Role
* Daily: Oversee clinic flow, team huddles, coverage, comms, and email triage
* Weekly: Run L10 meetings, update dashboards, deliver training, check diaries
* Monthly: Track P&L, manage payroll, lead team reviews, align calendars
* Quarterly: Strategic alignment, SOP refresh, team reviews, capacity planning
* Annually: Financial strategy, salary review, infrastructure maintenance
* Ad Hoc: Recruitment, onboarding, project leadership, compliance audits
