* Be able to work creatively & innovatively with a residential staff team to achieve the best possible outcomes for children
* Experience in coaching, mentoring, and guiding a staff team within an evidence-based model of care that includes attachment and trauma informed therapeutic approaches to support children to develop into healthy adults across all areas, including physical, emotional, psychological, and functional health.
* Ability to manage challenging situations and to support the staff team to explore innovative strategies in dealing with emotional dysregulation
Ability to act as a role model for collaborative partnership working based on a good understanding of normative childhood development, traumatic stress, attachment, risk, and resilience, whilst ensuring compliance with the standards and delivery within a regulated service under RISCA and the SSWBA.
