Residential Care Workers (RCW) – Children’s Homes
Pay: £13 – £16 per hour + sleep-in rates
Experience: EBD / challenging behaviour preferred
Responsibilities:
* Support young people in residential settings
* Behaviour management & emotional support
* Promote routines, education & wellbeing
* Work within safeguarding frameworks
