Your role:
- EA support with an larger awareness of the office environment
- Organise meetings and appointments
- Manage complex travel itineraries
- Oversee the ordering of all office supplies
- Small HR duties
Skills:
- Excellent experience within high level support
- The ability to speak a different language would be a plus but not essential
- Strong experience with MS Office
- Experience with maintaining high profile client relationships
- Strong attention to detail
- Pleasant and professional manner
