Office Junior

* Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm

We're looking for a friendly and organised individual to join our client's office-based team.

You will provide first-class customer service to customers with their queries and undertake office duties.


Role Overview:

* Answer customer enquiries in a polite and helpful manner
* Update documents within set timeframes
* Maintain accurate customer records
* Comply with company procedures
* Support the team with admin tasks
* Always act honestly and with integrity, putting the customer first


About you:

* GCSEs including Maths and English
* Willingness to complete training in customer service and insurance
* Confident phone manner and great communication skills
* Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
* Can explain things clearly, matching the customer’s level of understanding
* Be honest, fair, and open at all times
* Keep things simple and clear
* Maintain professionalism and follow ethical standards
