Your Day-to-Day
Be ready to make every day different! From cooking in the kitchen to playing outside or engaging in music and crafts, you'll bring structure, fun, and emotional support to children. You'll work within a close-knit team of 6, with support from Managers, Multi-Disciplinary teams, and Outdoor experts, all dedicated to helping children find brighter futures.
What We're Looking For
Experience with Children: in care, education, or another setting—passion and energy are key.
Enthusiasm & Resilience: eager to make a difference and handle challenges positively.
Qualifications: working towards or holding a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce.
