Contract: Temporary (8 Dec 2025 - 8 Mar 2026) | Floor G, 37 Pembroke Road, London W8 6PW
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Thursday, 08:00–16:00

Pay: £34.00 per hour (PAYE) / £42.78 per hour (Ltd/Umbrella)

The role
Join the team delivering responsive repairs and maintenance surveying across the Borough. You’ll use NHF codes and a PDA to assess works, capture accurate data, and keep IT systems up to date—helping ensure safe, compliant, value-for-money outcomes for residents and stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
* Extensive surveying experience (repairs & maintenance)
* Strong NHF codes experience
* PDA experience (on-site data capture)
* Good IT skills (recording, reporting, and communication)
