Client Partner Role
This role is suited for those with 6+ years of experience, a proven track record in client leadership within an agency or on the client side, and a strong desire to deliver high-quality strategic, integrated, and performance-driven solutions.
In our team, each client account has three roles: Activation, SIP (Strategy, Integration & Performance), and Principal. As a Client Partner, you will focus on SIP for tier 1 and tier 2 clients and gain experience on tier 3 clients as a Principal.
Role Responsibilities
* Deploy strategic planning processes (RISE) and produce Effectiveness Roadmaps.
* Translate strategic directions into actionable plans and oversee their execution.
* Manage and motivate indirect reports to ensure account success.
* Oversee campaign and client performance, ensuring quality and strategic alignment.
* Manage time efficiently, aligning resources with client fees.

* 6+ years of client leadership experience, especially in digital marketing.
