Boutique Capital Partners is growing, and we are looking for a Sales Associate to join our small, high-performing team. This role suits someone who is curious, organised, commercially minded and genuinely interested in investment management, data, brand-building and client engagement.
You will work closely with the Founder and our fund-manager partners, supporting sales activities, strengthening our external presence and helping us scale a modern, relationship-led asset-management business.
What you’ll be doing
1. Sales and client support: preparing materials, coordinating outreach, drafting communications and supporting wealth-manager engagement.
2. Data, analytics & reporting: helping structure data, streamline processes and produce clear reporting for decision-making.
3. Brand & digital presence: planning social media, creating content, basic design work and helping build an engaged professional community.
4. CRM & automation: using HubSpot to support campaigns, pipelines and clean client data.
