Salary: £29,000 + Commission (OTE £35,000+) Full time equivalent. Part time pro rata.
Hours: We offer flexible part-time hours, working 3 days between Monday and Friday.

What you'll be doing:
Speaking with customers to understand their training needs and providing accurate quotes
Making outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business
Managing training bookings and building strong customer relationships
Upselling additional courses and identifying opportunities to add value
Using our CRM system to track interactions
What you'll bring:
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with customers
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
