Youll work closely with senior candidates to understand their ambitions, guide them through opportunities, and negotiate the best outcome on their behalf. Alongside this, youll build strong client relationships, gaining a detailed understanding of their hiring needs and ensuring you deliver high-calibre shortlists with care and precision.
