The Role:
Lead the Biology department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
Teach Biology across GCSE and A Level
Oversee curriculum planning, assessment and departmental development
Contribute to whole‑school initiatives and pastoral responsibilities
The Ideal Candidate:
A skilled Biology teacher with strong subject knowledge
Previous leadership experience preferred; outstanding practitioners looking to step up are welcome to apply
