We are looking for a designer who works at the intersection of high-end visual craft and cutting-edge tech.
You are a motivated self-starter who is as comfortable in the full Adobe Creative Suite and Figma as you are experimenting with emerging AI tools.
Whether you're working on brand identity, digital display, or motion animation, you bring a "what’s next?" attitude to the table, blending traditional design principles with the latest tech developments to create work that stands out.

Core Responsibilities:
Our agency is built on ‘Fierce Thinking’ – an ethos that demands we challenge the status quo in everything we create. As a Creative Designer at The Croc, you won't just be executing briefs; you’ll be a vital guardian of our design standards.
* Design: Execute high-quality design solutions with a good eye for typographic and visual styling ensuring consistent brand standards.
* Retouching: As part of the design process, be confident performing image manipulation and retouching, using a range of AI-powered tools.
* Motion & Animation: Bring static designs to life by animating digital display adverts and social assets using Adobe Express and/or After Effects.
* Digital Asset Production: Use Adobe Express to build, version, and localise banners, ensuring all files are technically perfect, brand-compliant, and ready for distribution.
* UI/UX Collaboration: Work within Figma to develop designs, build assets and collaborate with the broader design team on digital workflows.
* Workflow Optimisation: Keep up to date with new AI tools and features within the Adobe ecosystem to enhance the production lifecycle and quality.
Skills and Experience
* 3+ years of experience in a design role (Agency or In-house).
* A portfolio demonstrating strong design and typography skills for interesting brands in B2B and/or B2C, plus retouching and animation examples.
* Expert in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator; Strong to Proficient capability in Figma, Adobe Express, and Motion Design
* Experience creating social and digital display advertising.
