We are seeking an experienced and confident HR Officer to join one of our leading Leeds based clients. You will help drive effective, legally compliant, and people-focused practices across multiple sites.
This is a generalist role covering Employee Relations, Recruitment, Polices and Procedures – and you will support across exciting projects. A varied and fast paced role.

Key Duties and responsibilities:
* Working proactively to build relationships with management, guiding and coaching within all areas of HR.
* Employee Relations throughout the business, HR policies and processes in addition to having an engagement focus
* Responsible for key HR projects
* Talent Management: succession planning, recruitment, L&D projects - coaching and mentoring
* Responsible for managing absence, sickness and looking at staff attendance
