This is an exceptional opportunity for an Asset Manager to join a growing and thriving, value add, private real estate investment firm. Reporting into the Head of Asset Management you will be responsible for driving performance in a UK wide cross-sector portfolio weighted towards offices, but also including industrial, logistics, life science and some living assets too.
The asset management role will be very holistic across leasing, development, lease renewals, rent reviews, leading Capex projects, overseeing external property managers, ESG and input to investment decisions. You will take a strategic approach to asset management; focusing not only on the quick-wins but maximising value in the longer-term.
We are looking for a candidate who is RICS qualified with between 3 - 10 years PQE. Their preference is circa 5 years PQE and above but they can be flexible for exceptional people. Candidates need clientside Asset Management experience already, ideally with cross sector experience in commercial asset classes, or alternatively strong Office AM experience with a willingness to broaden into other sectors. In addition, the successful candidate should demonstrate both creative and commercial thinking in challenging strategy and delivering business plans. Excellent communication and attitude are fundamental to the role and being able to work individually and as part of a wider team are equally as important.
