As a Sous Chef, you will oversee the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, mentor the team, and work towards becoming a Head Chef. You will lead the team to deliver authentic, fresh Southern-style cuisine in our state-of-the-art kitchens, which serve as training grounds for our talented staff.
