The Role- We are looking for a Level 3 qualified Practitioner who genuinely enjoys the "creative chaos" of early years. We aren't looking for someone to sit on the sidelines; we want a proactive educator who can turn a simple morning into a springboard for a child’s development.
What You’ll Do * The Architect of Play: You will plan and lead adult-led activities that spark imagination, from sensory explorations to outdoor adventures.
* A Key Person: You will take ownership of a small group of children, tracking their development, celebrating their milestones, and building strong, professional bonds with their families.
* Resilience & Empathy: You’ll help our young learners navigate big emotions and social boundaries, teaching them how to share, resolve conflict, and build confidence.
* Setting the Standard: You’ll take pride in your room, ensuring it’s a safe, inviting, and inspiring environment that you’d be happy to leave ready for a fresh start the next morning.
Requirements
Who You Are * Qualified & Passionate: You hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
* Professional Storyteller: You can turn a simple picture book into an immersive experience and baby babble into a meaningful conversation.
* Proactive & Energetic: You’re quick on your feet and ready to jump into a superhero cape or a mud kitchen at a moment's notice.
* A Team Player: You leave gossip at the door and focus your energy on the children and supporting your colleagues.
Benefits
What We Offer * Competitive Pay: We value your skills with rates starting at £10.85 (ages 18-20) and up to £12.85 depending on age and experience.
* Professional Growth: We aren't interested in staying stagnant. We offer a range of benefits and ongoing training to help you level up your career.
* Culture: A supportive, fun-loving environment where a "warm, smiling face" is our most important requirement.
Requirements
Skills: Strong knowledge of the EYFS and a proactive "can-do" attitude. Experience: Recent PVI nursery experience (school-only experience is not suitable). Availability: Full time position Ethics: A passion for inclusive practice and high standards of cleanliness.
