Got a flair for coding and want to be part of a close-knit team in Truro? My client is on the lookout for a Software Developer to join an expanding in-house IT team. You'll be working in an Agile environment, using CI/CD to deliver tested solutions, implement new services, and enhance existing applications to ensure top-notch service.
About the Role
You'll be developing with web languages like PHP or C#, and having knowledge of SQL Server is a plus. The role also involves front-end development, so experience with JavaScript-based frameworks would be beneficial. You'll collaborate with the Change and Data teams to provide solutions to business requirements, leveraging the best technologies to meet strategic objectives.
In this multi-functional IT team, you'll work alongside 1st line support, infrastructure specialists, and application support to identify and resolve business issues in a DevOps environment. Attention to detail and effective communication with colleagues is key.
What You'll Need
* Coding Pro: Strong skills in PHP or C# for backend development.
* Front-End Knowledge: Experience with JavaScript-based frameworks for front-end development.
* SQL Server: Familiarity with SQL Server is advantageous.
* Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail.
* Effective Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
