Job Title: Senior Biomedical Scientist
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a competent, suitably experienced Senior Biomedical Scientist to join our team of Scientists based in Exeter Histology Department.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic HCPC-registered Biomedical Scientist with an IBMS Specialist Portfolio and a postgraduate qualification conducive with FIBMS, such as an MSc. Experience and competency in all areas of Histopathology are essential.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will work closely with the Laboratory Manager to manage the team and organize the laboratory, ensuring an efficient, high-quality, and safe service. As this is a senior role, additional duties may include overseeing one or more of the following:
* Health and Safety Officer
* Advanced dissection
* Quality Officer
* Training Officer
