NO WEEKENDS 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme Use of a company vehicle when needed Responsibilities Supporting the office manager with all sales progression paperwork Updating buyers and vendors each step of the way leading up to completion Monitoring the status of the case, following up on paperwork, chasing solicitors, financial advisors for information etc Manage a high-volume caseload, circa 40 cases at any one time while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Proactively identify and address potential delays or obstacles, relying this to all parties When progression is quieter or other members of the team are on holiday you will support on the negotiator side Manage inbound calls from prospective buyers and vendors, dealing with queries and booking in appointments Register customers and carry out property matches Diary management Booking appointments for viewings Delivering exceptional customer service at all times throughout the entire customer journe y Qualifications Background in Sales Progression is essential as we need somebody to hit the ground running Strong interpersonal communication skills Excellent IT skills Attention to detail and accuracy If you are a self-motivated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and administration - Apply now and be part of our dedicated team!
