IT Support Analyst Glasgow (2 days per week) : £26,000 + bonus | Fin- Tech
Be-IT are delighted to be working with their long standing fintech client on this exciting opportunity. We are searching for an IT Support Analyst to join their growing internal IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in IT support who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Provide 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email, and ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and hardware deployment.
Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune environments.
Support virtual infrastructure using Hyper-V and maintain accurate IT asset records.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT support or service desk role.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and device management tools.
