Our core business activities are teaching and learning, widening access to education, research and innovation, and technology and knowledge transfer. - THE ROLE - The Enterprise Digitalisation And Transformation Alliance (E-DATA) empowers Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the border communities of Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland to embark on a transformative digital journey. The postholder will be a full-time, dedicated Business Development Manager (BDM) as part of the E-DATA programme. They will be responsible for the recruitment of client companies onto the E-DATA programme and maintaining the client relationship. This project is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). We may create a 12-month waiting list for the same or similar roles within the Department/Faculty. The University reserves the right to extend the waiting list across the University if required for certain posts. - ABOUT YOU - The postholder will be required to have: - A degree in a Computing, Technology, or Business-related subject area. - Experience of working in a management post with responsibility to support business development. - Evidence of identifying and engaging with regional and national businesses to drive high-volume attendance for workshops, seminars, and training programmes.
