What you will do
* Deliver high-quality therapy to individuals with stroke and acute neurological conditions, helping them to regain vital life skills.

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
* Educate patients and families on rehabilitation procedures and home exercises to ensure continued progress.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in alignment with professional and regulatory standards.
Requirements
* Must be HCPC registered.
* Previous experience in stroke and acute neuro is essential.
* Driving licence preferred for ease of patient visits and community work.
