Are you calm, collected and happy to chat on the phone? Join the team at our growing plumbing and heating business based in Epsom. With support from the rest of the team you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with any enquiries, arranging bookings and liaising with engineers.
Typical tasks include:
· Dealing with phone and online enquiries, supported by the team
· Management of engineer's diaries, including booking in appointments and following up jobs until completion
· Liaising with engineers regarding daily dairy events
· Assisting with a range of support and development functions across the business
· Have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office package
· Able to self-direct and prioritise workload according to shifting demands
· Ability to work under pressure and meet a range of deadlines
· Ad hoc admin duties as required

· Salary £25,000 - £27,000 dependent on skills and experience

Candidate experience/ qualities:
· Customer service experience
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Calm and confident telephone manner, approachable with the ability to build a rapport with a wide range of people
