Description
To excel in this role, you'll need to be someone who possesses meticulous attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously, and enjoys building professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Working with a team of experts, your remit is to be responsible for delivering on the day-to-day administration activities using a variety of systems.
As our Project Administrator, you will be instrumental in driving and leading the smooth operation of the business in relation to all administration needs for the benefit of our project teams, customers as well as the organisation.
This role is offered as a fixed term contract until February 2027 with candidates ideally being based in Oxfordshire.
You're not the type to need someone to give you direction on a daily basis and prefer working in a quiet environment. The role isn't a quiet, slow-paced one as you will engaging with different groups of people across the business as well as with clients in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to use your initiative, work autonomously and be responsible for various activities where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
* Administration of sales and purchasing (including raising and receipting purchase orders)
* Assist with the booking of hotels and other travel arrangements
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes
* Handle internal and external correspondence professionally
* To greet visitors on arrival and connect them with the appropriate party
* To provide hospitality for all visitors and internal staff meetings on request
* To provide administrative support to visitors and other departments as required
* Application and administration of security passes in line with GDPR
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Previous proven experience of administration using various systems
* Experience of working in a client facing role
