Role Overview
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.
Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain on task.
Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
Support students in their learning and uphold the school's values and expectations.
Contribute to the wider life of the school, supporting activities and enrichment where appropriate.
