Robert Half are working with a Professional Services business, looking for a Marketing Manager to join their Team. Reporting into the Head of Marketing and managing a Events & Marketing Executive. The Marketing Manager will oversee a variety of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, social media, content creation, events, and traditional marketing methods.
Marketing Manager - London - Hybrid - Professional Services
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a small marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Marketing Director to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
3. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and lead generation strategies to drive brand awareness across the private and public sector and increase the number of qualified leads in pipeline.
4. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.
5. Manage and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns and channels including website traffic, email open and click-through rates, social media engagement, and conversion rates, optimising campaigns to improve performance.
6. Monitor and manage paid advertising campaigns including PPC with external suppliers, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to budgetary constraints.
7. Create dashboards to share with the Marketing Director reporting successes and recommended areas for improvement.
8. Monitor and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following:
9. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
10. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing management role
11. Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles
12. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
13. IT technical skills are required in addition to an appetite to keep up to date with the latest software.
14. Using digital advertising tools including Google Ads.
15. Good analytical skills and ability to analyse data to drive insights and improve performance.
Package
16. Salary: Up to £40,000, plus car allowance of £4,000 per annum & eligibility for annual company performance-based bonus.
17. London Based - Hybrid Office setup
