Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Designer to work within our Creative team, delivering diverse and intricate digital projects for clients in the healthcare sector and our own internal initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop user‑friendly digital materials including websites, web applications, interactive event content, and marketing artefacts.
* Collaborate with designers, project managers and clients at project inception to define scope and strategy.
* Provide clear communication of technical requirements and guidance to teams.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet the highest quality standards.
* Support both commercial and pro‑bono projects, contributing to scientific content visualisation.
Qualifications
* Degree‑level or higher in a design‑related discipline (minimum 2.1 or equivalent) and a strong portfolio.
* Professional agency or commercial experience.
* Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS and email/web/application development.
* Use of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
* Application of UI/UX design principles across digital deliverables.
* Problem‑solving mindset and excellent attention to detail.
* Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
* Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEO and generative engine optimisation (GEO).
* Knowledge of omnichannel marketing and creative copywriting.
* Familiarity with basic JavaScript.

* Salary £28,000‑£33,000 per annum (outside London); £28,860‑£33,000 per annum (London) based on experience.

Location & Start Date

Work Arrangements
Full‑time permanent position with flexible/hybrid working options. Home working is allowed up to half the working time after successful completion of probation.
