Compliance Surveillance Analyst - 1 year contract Multiple Vacancies | Hybrid (3 Days On-site) | Belfast My client is expanding their Global Compliance Surveillance team in Belfast and are hiring multiple analysts across a range of experience levels.You will join a 45‑person international team supporting automated surveillance across voice and electronic communications (email, chat rooms, etc.). All alerts are system‑generated and reviewed by analysts, with Belfast acting as the Level 1 review and escalation hub. Key Responsibilities Review and investigate automated surveillance alerts Assess potential conduct, conflict or policy breaches Document findings clearly and escalate issues where required. Support client investigations, testing and control activities (experience‑dependent) Engage with stakeholders on data or production issues Role scope by level: C9: Alert review and client investigation support C10: Testing, thematic and control enhancement work C11: End‑to‑end ownership of investigations About You Background in Investment Banking, Financial Services, AML/KYC or Compliance Strong analytical and decision-making skills Comfortable working in a regulated, fast‑paced environment Clear written and verbal communication skills Why Join?
