Responsibilities for this Residential Property Partner role:
* Lead and nurture key client relationships
* Drive business growth within a highly successful practice
* Shape the future of the London residential property department whilst being supported by a team of fee earners
Experience for this Residential Property Partner role:
* Manage a caseload of high value transactions dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity instructions.
* Proven client facing skills of dealing with clients, estate agents and lenders.
* Have proven business development experience and feel confident in generating a steady flow of repeat referrals.
Qualifications for this Residential Property Partner role:
* Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with a minimum of 8 years PQE
