Learning Support Assistant | Sutton
We’re seeking a proactive Learning Support Assistant to join a high-performing Sutton grammar school. You’ll work within a team of 3–4 LSAs, supporting 11 pupils across the school who have EHCPs. Your role will involve ensuring they are fully included in lessons, accessing the curriculum and making steady progress.
You’ll provide calm, consistent support throughout the day - helping pupils stay focused, regulating emotions when needed, and working closely with teachers and the SENCo. Flexibility is key, as support needs vary across year groups and subjects.
This role suits someone upbeat, emotionally intelligent and quick to adapt. You’ll need strong communication skills, patience and the ability to remain composed in busy classroom environments.
